Please note: Due to our automated order-system it is not possible to cancel an order or change its content once the order is transmitted.

In most cases, the delivery takes between 5 and 7 working days from receipt of order. However, delivery can take longer as we work with external logistics partners. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Express delivery costs: EUR 29.90
You will receive the desired item on the following working day. It is particularly important that you place the order from Monday to Friday until 1 pm. There will be no Saturday and Sunday delivery with UPS. Delivery might be delayed by one working day when there´s a Sunday / Summer holiday (23 – 25 June) / Winter holidays (24 – 26 December)/ New Year holidays (31 December – 1 January) between placing the order and delivery. Shipment takes place from Latvia.
Delivery is made by our logistics partner UPS, from Monday to Friday. If the logistics partner is unable to deliver the parcel to the transmitted delivery address, it can either be left at a nearby UPS Access Point from where it can be picked up. Alternatively, the driver attempts to redeliver the parcel to you on three consecutive working days. Generally, UPS leaves an InfoNotice in the recipient’s letter box after a failed attempt. If the logistics partner is unable to deliver the parcel on the third attempt, the parcel will be stored for further 5 working days at the UPS depot from where you can collect it. The contact data of the UPS depot are mentioned on the UPS InfoNotice left in the recipient’s letter box. However, we recommend to track your order with the provided tracking link to know the current status.
Please note that the order billing address and the order delivery address must be in the same country.
Please note that deliveries to addresses for general delivery, to a PO Box or British Forces Post Offices (BFPO), addresses are not possible.
Address correction / parcel redirection cannot be guaranteed and if possible, can cause a delay in the delivery.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following countries / EU regions:
Canary Islands (Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, La Gomera, La Palma, El Hierro), Ceuta
Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark and Herm)
San Marino, Andorra, Vatican City, Monaco
French Overseas Territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique and La Réunion)
We assume the customs processing for deliveries to countries outside the EU. Please note that we have to state the value of the articles for legal reasons. Unfortunately, this also applies to gifts.
